Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase from w2p2.shop. The store is operated by W2P2 Precision Peptides (“W2P2”, “we”, “us”). By entering the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to the policies they reference.

1. Who can buy

Only adults aged 21 or over may enter this site, create an account, or place an order. This minimum age applies to every product and every page of this site.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are 21 or over and legally able to enter into a contract;
• you are a qualified researcher, or are buying on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or company that conducts lawful research, and the products will be handled only by trained persons;
• you will use the products only for lawful laboratory or in-vitro research and will comply with all laws that apply to you, your institution, and your location;
• you will not resell, relabel, or supply the products to anyone for human or animal use; and
• the information you give us, including the checkout confirmations, is true and complete.

2. Research use only

Every product is sold for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We do not provide directions for use, preparation instructions, dosing information, or medical advice of any kind, and our support team will not answer questions about personal use.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your research and for any regulatory requirements that apply to its purchase, storage, handling, and disposal.

3. Orders, verification, and our right to refuse

Your order is a request to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Before shipping, we may ask you to verify your age, identity, or research affiliation; limit quantities; delay fulfillment while we review an order; or refuse or cancel any order, including where we believe products may be used outside lawful research or the destination is restricted. If we cancel an order for any reason (including eligibility we cannot confirm, a restricted destination, or stock problems), we refund it in full.

Verification: buyers confirm their age and research use when entering the site and again at checkout, and we may ask for photo ID and/or institution or company details before shipping.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping unless stated. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund it in full.

5. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

We ship only within the United States, as set out in the Shipping Policy. On business days (Monday–Friday), orders paid by 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time leave us that day. Orders paid after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. Delivery estimates start from the day an order ships, not the day it is placed.

Title passes to you when the order ships. While a package is in transit, our responsibility is limited to the remedies for damaged, incorrect, missing, and lost items below and in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, as shown by carrier tracking.

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, or an item is missing from your package, email us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the outer box, the inner packaging, and each affected vial label, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed. When a claim is confirmed, we ship a replacement at no charge; if a replacement is not available, we refund the affected item(s).

A package counts as lost if it has no delivery scan within 14 days of the ship date. For a lost package we reship the order one time at no charge, or refund it if the items are out of stock. If carrier tracking shows a package as delivered, we cannot replace or refund it, but we will help you open a claim with the carrier.

Orders over $300 ship with signature required.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Because we cannot confirm how a vial was stored or handled once it leaves our control, shipped products are not accepted for return and returned items are never resold.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. We do not charge restocking fees.

The full rules are in the Refund & Returns Policy. That policy, the Shipping Policy, and these terms say the same thing; if you ever see a difference, the remedy more favorable to you applies.

7. Payment disputes

If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first; most problems can be fixed faster that way than through a card dispute. If a dispute is opened on an order that was delivered as described, we will respond to it with our order, attestation, and shipping records.

8. Prohibited conduct

• buying or using any product for human or animal use, or presenting any product as a drug, supplement, food, or cosmetic;
• misrepresenting your age, identity, qualifications, or intended use;
• reselling products for consumption or removing or altering product labels;
• using the site if you are under 21, or in a way that breaks the law or interferes with the site’s security.

We may cancel pending orders and close accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

9. Product information and certificates of analysis

Product specifications (for example identity and peptide content) are as reported on the certificate of analysis (COA). Certificates of analysis are available on request, or see our COA page. Images are illustrative; the vial label and the certificate of analysis control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in these terms (including the remedies for damaged, incorrect, missing, and lost items), products are sold “as is”, and we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products that gave rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your handling, storage, use, or misuse of the products, or from your breach of these terms.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or government action. This section does not reduce the damaged, missing, and lost-package remedies described above.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 calendar days after written notice to the other. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state.

15. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement for your purchase. We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
